China Concept's services are founded on the principle that all business activities must be based on a sound understanding of market and policy conditions, and that short-term results achieved through personal connections, or guanxi, alone will not create sustainable strategic advantage for clients - and could create additional risk.  At the same time, we recognize the importance of integrating elements of Chinese business culture, including guanxi, into our strategies.

All of our projects are based in comprehensive research, provided by our Industry Intelligence Group.  We communicate with key contacts within government and industry for the most timely and accurate information on policy and the market.  Once we have laid this foundation, we are ready to provide strategic recommendations - be it a government communications strategy, market entry plan, or recovery of assets in an investment gone wrong.  These and other services are described in this section.  Lastly, we implement our strategy, often through corporate diplomacy - communication, negotiation, etc. - to ensure that our clients see the results of our recommendations.
